Manufacturing

Loyal Wrought Iron utilizes the best possible machinery and equipment to guarantee the best possible result. We are using more than 30 dedicated machine types such as static radius benders, lasers, high pressure jet cutters, arc plasma machines for the production of our doors.

Fabrication

We intergrated superior quality insulation, weather stripping, componants, hardwares, custom design hinges with sealed aircraft ball bearing sleeves and professional deadbolt locks to create a distinctive quality door.

Forging

Each door is individually forged, hammered, shaped, sanded and inspected and sanded again if necessary.

Anti-corrosion & painting

All of our wrought iron doors will receive the best possible anti-rusting procedure. We are using heavy duty sandblasting, pure zinc electric galvanizing, high-built zinc priming and electrostatic painting. We are using only superior quality and environmental friendly paint for top coating and hand faux finishing.

Packaging

We use premium packaging materials and methods to ensure the fullest protection possible for delivery.

A dedicated QC team is closely monitoring from fabrication to professional packaging . All our products are constructed in compliance to ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
